Along with Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, we travel to Peru, to the countries that are considered the cradle of wine, to Colombia, to Turkey, to Mexico, to Scotland and to the sources of cocoa, where we get to know the work of cookers, farmers and producers that demonstrate that, working in mesh in food —and also cooking— can be a powerful lever for social and economic change.
