The Legal Notice governs the access and use of the Website by its users.

Access and use of the Website implies acceptance of the Legal Notice.

ABACUS reserves the right to make, at any time, any modification and/or update of the Legal Notice and, therefore, the user must carefully read the Legal Notice every time he/she accesses the Website. If the Legal Notice is not accepted, please refrain from using the Website and its content.

2. Rules of use
The content offered through the Web is directed exclusively at those over 14 years of age. For this purpose, ABACUS reserves the option of requesting from users, at any time, documentation proving their age in order to verify it. In the event that ABACUS verifies that the user does not have the required minimum age, it will not attend to their requests.

If any of the clauses of the Legal Notice were declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only the aforementioned provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, and the same will remain in force in all the rest, having such provision or the part of it that is affected as not being put in place.
