The gastronomy of the future
Apart is a monographic magazine directed by world-renowned gastronomic personalities in the role of guest directors, who work side by side with the CUINA magazine team. The first issue was directed by Ferran Adrià and the Roca brothers directed the second issue.
In each issue, Apart wants to open a window onto the gastronomy of the future as seen through the eyes of the guest editors. And, beyond the paper version, Apart was born with the aim of connecting to all the technological innovations that allow it to explore new ways of bringing contemporary cuisines from around the world to its readers.
Apart was born in Barcelona, the epicentre of the revolution that built the pillars of the new haute cuisine of the 21st century. Apart feeds off this spirit with the desire to share it around the world with all lovers of cookery.
